Using Manage MyMachines /Remote Interactive mobile app

Tap on the MMM/RI icon to open the application.

The splash screen opens

The Manage MyMachines /Remote start screen then opens with a list of the previous conference rooms. Enter the name of the new conference room in input field "Enter room name" and join the meeting.

If you wish to join an already existing conference room name, enter the room name in field "Join conference name" .
to join tap on "Create/Join".

The connection to the meeting is established.

The following view appears once the connection has been established to the meeting.

When registering for the first time, a pop-up is automatically displayed with your user name.

Enter your name in field "Enter your name" and then press "OK".

You can search for participants that have participated in the meeting.
In the field below, tap on "Search participants" and select the required participant.

Tap on the "Invite someone" field to invite a participant.

A link is displayed. Copy this and share it with the required participant.

You can chat with the participants in the meeting.
Tap on the chat icon.
The input field for the chat opens.
Enter your message.

Tap on the "Send" icon.

Tap on the "Three-point menu" icon to the right of the "Settings" icon.

A list with additional possible actions opens.

To edit your profile, tap on the "Settings" icon.

Scroll down further to call up your messages.

To leave the conference tap on "Leave meeting".

The MMM/RI home screen appears once you have left the meeting.
