Logging in to Insights Hub
Precondition
You require a MindAccess user account in Insights Hub.
More information on creating an account can be found at:

Procedure

Click the link provided by email from Siemens AG.
The website is displayed: https://<tenant-Name>.eu1.mindsphere.io
The first sign in window opens.

Enter your email address and click on "Next".

The second sign in window opens.

Enter your password, and click "Sign In".

- OR -
Proceed as follows if you have forgotten your password:

Click on "Forgot my password".
Window "Get back into your account" opens.

Enter your email address and click on "Next".
Your password is reset and you will be informed by email.

Use the new password and repeat the sign in procedure.

The launch pad opens. You can access the individual applications via this user interface.

NOTE
It is not possible to sign in to Windows-based clients using the Siemens sign in procedure.
