Overview

You can check the performance of the machines using the performance monitoring function.

All of the integrated machines are displayed as selections.

NOTE

User-dependent view of the assets

Note that, as a subtenant, you only see the assets that are created under subtenancy.

The asset list is filtered by subtenants.

The following monitoring intervals are available:

Today
Current Week
Current Month
Current Quarter
Current Year
Custom Date

The following criteria are available on the machine side:

OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency)
Availability
Performance
Quality

Procedure

Click the "PERFORMANCE MONITORING" button in the "Overview" window.
The "Performance Monitoring" window opens.
The display differs depending on whether you use "Analyze MyPerformance /OEE" or whether you have edited the configuration with "Analyze MyPerformance /OEE Pro".

NOTE

MindSphere V4 limit

MindSphere limits the duration of API calls to one minute. If the call duration is exceeded, you see an error message in window "Performance Monitoring" for the corresponding asset.

The limit can be exceeded if a large number of machines are queried over an adequately long time period.

The remaining API call number is reset every minute.

For queries with "Today" as date, an API call is not used, so that the limit cannot be exceeded.
No OEE / KPI results are displayed for assets where the number of calls is exceeded. An error message and a "Refresh" icon are shown below.
Click on the "Refresh" icon of the corresponding asset or on the "Refresh" icon in the upper right-hand section of the window to refresh the data of the asset.
If you click on the "Refresh" icon of the corresponding asset, a countdown is displayed that counts down to the next minute.
Once the countdown has elapsed, the previously selected query is sent and the OEE / KPI results displayed for the asset.
