Asset Management API

What's new?

  • Update selected fields of an aspect, asset type or asset with PATCH method.

  • Breadcrumb for easier navigation in hierarchies.

  • Customers can delete files such as images assigned to assets.

Fixed issues

  • In case a subtenant is deleted, it's representing asset can currently not be deleted by the tenant-admin.

  • In case a subtenant user tries to create, update or delete an asset, the error-code 403 is returned.

  • Latency reduced on updating assets.

Data Flow Engine

What's new?

  • Improved error handling: More detailed error descriptions if deploy fails.

Known issues

  • Sporadically streams cannot be deleted. Please try again if it was unsuccessful.

  • If an entity is derived from type core.basicdevice only one stream can be deployed.

Developer Cockpit

Known issues:

  • Layout issues in Internet Explorer 11 in combination with high resolution displays and 125% font scaling.

  • Applications cannot be deleted after being transferred to the production system.

  • Redirect to Launchpad after session expiry fails in rare cases when Developer and/or DeveloperAdmin role has been removed.

  • Currently it is not possible to use underscore (_) in CF URLs.

  • The application upload size is limited to 100 MB.

Event Management

Known issues

  • Custom event cannot be created if event type has 'eventState' field - eventState predefined property is now validated correctly.

  • Service should not let parallel delete jobs run using the same typeID - event type ID in use is locked during event deletion.

Notification Service

What's new?

  • New feature for digitally signing the e-mail for PGP encrypted e-mails.

Fixed issues

  • An invalid e-mail (not a valid address) will put into blacklist and next e-mail will not be sent using the invalid address which got bounced. It will reduce the risk of crossing the tolerable threshold of bounce rate at AWS SES.
