Known issues

• Currently it is possible to use a variable name equal to the aspect name which leads to errors for example in Fleet Manager.

What's new?

• Create a mobile-type application in Developer Cockpit to integrate your mobile native application with MindSphere. Developer users can realize/implement, test and demonstrate mobile native applications connected to their Developer Tenant.

• Define and manage your custom app roles in the Developer Cockpit. We have removed the limit of the "user" and "admin" base roles and made them freely configurable. You can create and delete custom app roles in the enhanced App Roles screen.

• Improved the consistency in error messages across Developer and Operator Cockpits.

Fixed issues:

• Fixed a bug caused by using '#' in version labels. As of now the support of '#' has been removed.

Known issues:

• Creation of application scopes sporadically fails in case of over 5000 scopes and roles in a tenant.

• Applications cannot be deleted after being transferred to the production system.

• The application upload size is limited to 100 MB.

• Layout issues in Internet Explorer 11 in combination with high resolution displays and 125% font scaling.

Additional Information:

We are going to remove the ability of assigning mdsp:core:developer and mdsp:core:developeradmin roles to subtenant users.

What's new?

• New version of MindSphere Java SDK with security finding fix is now available. We strongly suggest that you use the latest version (2.2.1.1-AliCloud) of Java SDK for your development purpose.

Fixed issues

• Fix a security finding issue to update com.fasterxml.jackson.core:jackson-databind version from 2.9.9.2 to 2.9.9.3.

• As an entirely new offering, Web Components(V1.1.0) are now available in Simplified Chinese in region China 1.
