What's new?

  • Pre-define values on properties on asset-types so that they get instantiated when new assets are created.

Known issues

  • In case a subtenant is deleted, it's representing asset can currently not be deleted by the tenant-admin.

Data Flow Engine

Known issues

  • Sporadically streams cannot be deleted. Please try again if it was unsuccessful.

  • If an entity is derived from type core.basicdevice only one stream can be deployed.

Developer Cockpit

What's new?

  • After successful upload an app the developer receives a notification that preparation for productive system started.

Known issues:

  • Layout issues in Internet Explorer 11 in combination with high resolution displays and 125% font scaling

  • Layout issue on assignment page for promoted applications when assigning an application to more than five operators

  • Applications cannot be deleted after being transferring to the production system.

  • Redirect to Launchpad after session expiry fails in rare cases when Developer and/or DeveloperAdmin role has been removed

  • Cloud Foundry URLs that contain an underscore are currently are not accepted.

Identity and Access Management

Known issues

  • After modifying the authorization of a User via Identity Management Service, the change is not immediately visible. The User must then close the browser and login again.

  • When you logged in via CES authentication in some cases it might happen that the logout fails. In this case please close the browser without logging out.

  • If you choose Multifactor-Authentication (MFA) and you login for the first time as "public", then you are required for a one time password (OTP). If you logout and login in a follow-up "private" session, you are not requested for OTP once more.   

Additional information about Identity Management

  • Tenant administrators can activate or deactivate Multifactor Authentifications (MFA)

  • Siemens customers can use Corporate Entitlement Service.

  1. Username/password via WebKey (default)

  2. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) via WebKey

  3. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) via WebKey via Corporate Entitlement Service (only for Siemens BUs)
