Known issues

• Currently it is possible to use a variable name equal to the aspect name which leads to errors for example in Fleet Manager.

• It's not possible to create name of city in Chinese when creating an asset via Asset Management API, only alphanumeric characters are accepted.

What's new?

• Java SDK2 now support MindSphere on Alibaba Cloud with following API support:

- SDK Core

- Agent Management API

- Asset Management API

- Event Analytics API

- IoT Time Series API

- IoT TS Aggregates API

- IoT File API

Known issues

• IoT File Update API cannot be use in current version of SDK, while it can be achieved by delete file and upload file APIs.

• Token Manager Service API is not in scope of the SDK2 release.

• Now two versions of the OS Bar (V3.9.0 & V4.1.2) are now provided. (Note: It is highly recommended to use 4.1.2 as soon as possible).

• New features on MindSphere OS bar version 4.1.2 are available:

- Drop-down menu for platform

- Drop-down menu for current tenant

- Drop-down menu for currently opened app.

- Downtime announcements feature

- Logout functionality inside application
