Introduction to Reporting

Reports are a central component of the app. In addition to the visualization of KPIs and variables in the dashboards, reports are generated and sent as an email. Reports provide selected information on productivity, effectivity, machine utilization and more at regular intervals without the recipient of the reports needing to have access to the app. You can also generate a one-off immediate report whose configuration is not saved.

Reports are configured individually. Reports are generated as an Excel spreadsheet. You can use a self-designed template.

Reports can be downloaded and sent automatically via email.

To configure and generate reports, proceed as follows:

1. Configure a report.

2. View generated reports and download them.

3. Use the overview of the report configurations.
