Resetting maintenance intervals

You can reset "interval-based" monitoring rules that are assigned for an Asset. This functionality is useful, for example, if a machine was run in test mode and is to be reset to factory settings for delivery. This use case also occurs when machine components are replaced, and the associated monitoring rules must be reset to the initial state.

You can reset either individual intervals or all intervals in the Asset configuration.

  • You reset individual intervals at the monitoring rule.

  • You reset the rules of all assigned intervals via the "..." menu of the Asset configuration.

You will be shown a confirmation dialog where you must specify a new interval start date.

If there are parameters with counter aggregation configured in the intervals which are to be reset, you will additionally be offered the option to reset the "counter start values" to 0 as well.
