Introduction

The Machine Monitor app provides transparency on the maintenance status of your connected machines. The tracking of maintenance intervals based on actual machine usage enables an optimized prediction of due dates and planning of service assignments.

  • Access to maintenance data of your whole plant structure worldwide

  • Setting up and managing monitoring rule templates as well as assigning the monitoring rules for each Asset

  • Overview of the maintenance status of all Assets in a cascaded overview

  • Checking the progress of each maintenance interval in the detail view

  • Optimizing the maintenance schedule through the integrated trend prediction and due date calculation

  • Notification about due maintenance work via email or the Notifier app

  • Recording performed maintenance work in the maintenance logbook

  • Tracking the maintenance history of each machine in its maintenance logbook

Browser recommendation

You require an HTML5-capable Internet browser to run the app. The Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge browsers are supported (current and most recent version). Google Chrome is recommended. You should preferably use 1920x1080 resolution.

Internet Explorer is no longer supported.

In general, the app can run on any mobile device with an HTML5-enabled browser. Tablets are recommended.
