OEE Hub

Applicable for:

  • Subscribers of Capability package: Standard package and Premium package

What's new?

  • Within this release, we are introducing the new MindSphere solution OEE Hub. OEE Hub is equipped with the following capabilities:

    • Calculate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and further KPIs on machine and line level.

    • Filter the calculated values for different timeframes, products or orders.

    • Configure multiple products with different design speeds to support multi-product production systems.

    • Reason Tree Modeling to better understand downtimes occurring in the factory and the possibility to overwrite collected downtime reasons to improve analysis.

    • Customization of OEE formulas for OEE calculation.

    • Possibility to set up production times, breaks, maintenance, etc., in calendars.

    • Visualization screens for general OEE overview, availability, performance, quality, different losses and downtime reasons.
