To contact the MindSphere support follow the given steps:
Go to MindSphere Launchpad.
Click MindSphere Button "powered by MindSphere" in the upper right corner.
Select "MindSphere Support".
A new dialog opens, enter your contact details and describe the issue. The support team will then contact and help to resolve the problem.
Instead of opening a new dialog, "MindSphere Support" for region China 1 will open Alibaba Ticket System page to create a new ticket for further support.
