Asset Health and Service Hub

What's new?

With this release, MindSphere Asset Health and Service Hub App is going to be generally available.

MindSphere Asset Health and Service Hub App is a single interface integrating key functionalities of MindConnect Edge Analytics, Fleet Manager and MindSphere Remote Service.

MindSphere Asset Health and Service Hub App provides the following:

  • Allows you to remotely track, detect, analyze and repair issues in the field before they harm machines or disrupt operations

  • It bundles condition analysis, remote service and ticketing system capabilities required to ensure high availability of a machine fleet. This helps you to make maintenance and service decisions and activities faster based on data-driven insights using remote services.

  • Light-weight ticketing system to provide a transparent ticket lifecycle management tailored to the needs of remote service providers

Known issues:

  • Whenever the remote service connection gets interrupted due to internet/connection problems, the disturbance does not get protocolled in the ticket.
