It is not possible to delete assets if it has children. If the asset has children, they need to be moved to another position in the hierarchy first.This deliverable will ensure consistent behaviour between the API and UI. This is an improvement in the user experience as the old behaviour led to undesirable hierarchical structures when assets were implicitly moved one level up.

Known issues

Currently it is possible to use a variable name equal to the aspect name which leads to errors for example in Fleet Manager.

Within this release, we introduce provisioning of API type app to other tenants
It is now possible to configure the mapping from Customer Application Scope to Advance Token exchange.
It is now possible for the customer to create/configure own technical user with own scope to restrict access to own data. In addition, it is also possible to configure core scopes only after Advanced Token Exchange has been implemented and select own scopes to create a technical user.

Known issues

Currently, it is not possible to call MindSphere Core API's (e.g. Asset Management) from API Apps when using them as external dependencies from Standard Application hosted on different tenant.
Currently, not all roles and scopes are supported by Custom App Credentials. In this case, use the other provided options.
Application versions that contain a "#" character cannot be deployed in the Operator Cockpit. We advise customers not to use "#" in production version strings.
Applications cannot be deleted after being transferred to the production system.
Sporadically application roles are not deleted from the user management in Settings when deleting an application.
Layout issues in Internet Explorer 11 in combination with high resolution displays and 125 % font scaling.

We have fixed the issue with respect to registering a self hosted URL containing "mindsphere.io".

What's new?

Within this release, we have improved the description of event type and event objects in Event Management Service.
The ttl update operation is only possible for the parent event type update. However, the event type update is possible when the event type has no children.
