Fixed issues

• Added filter functionality to "Create New Version" and “Add Core Roles” dialog.

• Smaller user interface improvements and a variaty of minor bug fixes.

Known issues

• For every individual (single) application, one Cloud Foundry space must be deployed.

• The application upload size is limited to 100 MB.

• Currently icons with upper case file extensions are not accepted in the Developer Cockpit.

• Applications transferred to the application repository cannot be deleted.
