"Analysis" view

Description

The trend view of the step time analysis provides detailed information about the behavior of individual steps within a defined period:

①: Selecting a product for which the step time analysis is to be displayed

②: Switching to the analysis view

③: Switch between the views with planned and actual limit values.

④: In "Step duration" view: "Only show steps with errors"
In "Boxplot" view: Visualization of the statistical distribution of the values.
In "Step aggregation" view: Selection of the period for which aggregation is performed.

⑤: Selection of the period for which the step time analysis is displayed

⑥: Menu: Settings, exporting data, more analyses

⑦: Selection of the displayed steps
Selection of displays: Step duration, boxplot, step aggregation

⑧: Zoom functions

⑨: Graphic display of the analysis

⑩: Restricting and shifting the displayed time period

Selecting the analysis period

In area ⑤, you can specify a display period. You can change the day of the display period by switching to the previous day or next day using the arrows.

Selecting and displaying the individual steps

To select the displayed steps, click on ⑦ "Display x of y steps".

In the drop-down menu next to it, select the view.

  • Step duration
  • Boxplot
  • Step aggregation

The analyses make it possible to identify the steps that take more time to execute and thus slow down production.

Graphic display of the analysis

The graphical detail view of selected steps over a defined period. The steps are shown in different colors.

View details for a specific step at a time by hovering over the graph with the mouse pointer at the corresponding location.

To see the analysis view for a step, click the step.

Modifying the period

The displayed period can be restricted and moved.

Automatic update

If the selected time period for the dashboard or one of the widgets is in the future, the dashboard automatically updates every 60 seconds.
