Function overview

The App Performance Insight offers an online performance overview of machines, production lines or production sites.

• You have access to machine and plant performance data, independently of the location.
• You can use individual KPI types to calculate machine and plant performance, e.g. for overall plant efficiency or quality of the products.
• In addition to the KPI type and KPI instance application in combination, you can create a KPI instance directly at the asset without having defined a KPI type beforehand.
• In only a few steps, you create automatically generated dashboards for overall effectiveness, for multivariable regression and for step time analysis.
• Widgets allow you to visualize machine states and performance and configure flexible dashboards to monitor your plant.
• The detailed view of the widgets allows you to determine and compare production performance over different time periods. This will help you identify unused performance potential.
• You obtain valuable information for accurate decision-making in order to optimize machine availability.

Visualization

You visualize parameters and KPIs in the automatically generated or user-defined dashboards in different widgets.

Browser recommendation

You require an HTML5-capable Internet browser to run the app.

The Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers are supported. Google Chrome is recommended. You should preferably use 1920x1080 resolution.

The app can run on any mobile device with an HTML5-enabled browser. Tablets are recommended.
