Using matrix dashboards

Requirement

Users with viewing rights can see the Matrix and its data but cannot create or edit Matrix objects.

Procedure

1. Click on a Matrix card in the asset view.
   The table view opens for manual data entry.
   The table is prefilled with data from the time series storage:
   • If cyclic data entry was selected during configuration, the table is prefilled with the defined timestamps for the cycle.
   • If spontaneous data entry was selected, the table includes all timestamps where a value has already been received.
2. Use additional views such as charts and boxplots for deeper analysis.
3. To change the data, click inside the table and change the value.
4. Click "Save".
   All changes are stored back to timeseries storage.
