Limits of reporting configurations

The reporting functionality allows users to export data into Excel reports. Please note the following limitations of this functionality:

  • Maximum number of cells per report: 500,000
  • Maximum number of rows per parameter: 10,000
  • Maximum template file size: 5 MB
  • Maximum number of stored report files: 500

Performance Considerations

Report generation can be demanding on system resources. To maintain system stability and performance consider the following recommendations:

  • Limit the scope of data included in the report to what is truly necessary.
  • Choose suitable aggregation settings and calculation cycles to minimize data load.
  • Avoid using large or overly detailed templates - do not prefill template files with "0" or values that shall be overwritten. Such values increase the template size.
