Product Information/Technical Update

Limitations

  • Only users authorized by Tenant Admin can access the application.

  • Up to 120 dashboard items can be added to the dashboard.

  • Up to 15 assets can be added.

  • Up to 600 charts can be configured.

  • Up to 15 email settings can be configured.

  • Due to limitations in the MindSphere Notification Service, some e-mails may not arrive on time or at set frequency.

  • Downtimes may occur during MindSphere or Analyze MyDrive software updates.

  • Chart trendlines and forecasts may not be correct since they depend heavily on the input data. The most fitting trendline option must be selected and the R’2 value must be validated.

  • If an asset, dashboard item, chart or e-mail setting is deleted, there is no revert option to retrieve it.

  • If the time zone of the PC or smart device is changed, the change is not automatically detected. The page must be refreshed.

  • If there are multiple users using an application at the same time on the same tenant, actions of different users are not automatically detected. The page must be refreshed.

  • If a connectivity device stops sending data or loses its connectivity, the values in the charts do not drop to zero, even if it is a live chart. Only the movement on the x-axis is stopped.

  • If the same aspect variable is used in more than one chart, the “go to chart” button in the dashboard navigates to the first one.

  • The dashboard might not work properly if the selected aspect variable is not the dynamic type.

  • The content of email notifications is always in English. Only header and footer info can be changed to German.

  • Tooltips for UI elements might not work for mobile tablets.

  • The connectivity status of assets might not work properly if the asset belongs to a subtenant.

  • The asset path shown on the charts page might not work properly for the assets that are under a folder.

  • If a connectivity device loses its connectivity and then connects to MindSphere again, the user has to redefine data mapping to be able to view data in the AMP application.
