MindSphere is a cloud-based, open IoT operating system from Siemens that connects your machines and physical infrastructure with the digital world. This allows you a complete overview of your data at all times. Several MindSphere-based applications, so-called "MindApps", are available to you.
What is Analyze MyDrives?
With the MindApp "Analyze MyDrives", you can monitor the drive components of your machines. The application collects all operating data and evaluates them. With "Analyze MyDrives", you can evaluate and visualize all parameters and define threshold values and a working range. In this way, you can find out the actual maintenance requirement based on continuous monitoring of the current consumption, torque, and frequency. You are informed about critical operating states of the drive train of the machine. Maintenance of machines in previously fixed intervals is no longer required. This increases the machine capacity utilization and productivity during maintenance intervals and downtimes are reduced. The analysis of the operating data also enables preventive maintenance and reduces unplanned costs.
