In case the issues are not resolved with MindSphere knowledge base, contact the support team.
To contact the MindSphere support, follow the given steps:
- Go to MindSphere Launchpad.
- Click MindSphere Button "powered by MindSphere" in the upper right corner.
- Select "MindSphere Support".
- It will redirect to "Support Center Sign In" screen, Enter the credentials / Register your account.
- After Sign In / registering your account, create a ticket and describe the issue and then click "Submit". The support team will then contact and help to resolve the problem.
Instead of opening a new dialog, "MindSphere Support" for region China 1 will open Alibaba Ticket System page to create a new ticket for further support.
