Upgrade offerings for "Requester"

A user cannot purchase the upgrade if the "Buyer" role is not assigned to them. However, a user with the "Requester" role, assigned by default, can submit an upgrade request.

If the "Buyer" role is not assigned to a tenant, the upgrade request will remain unapproved until a user is assigned the "Buyer" role. The "Execute your upgrade request" screen will display a message as shown below: execute upgrade request

To purchase an upgrade for a user with the "Requester" role, proceed as follows:

  1. Log in to the "Upgrade" tool and select the upgrade you want to purchase from the "Upgrade Catalog".
  2. Enter the desired quantity in the "Quantity" field.
  3. Check the "Terms & Conditions" checkbox and click "Submit upgrade request". submit upgrade request The upgrade request is submitted for approval. The "Buyer" receives an email with the corresponding link for approving or declining the corresponding upgrade request. Alternatively, the corresponding request can also be accessed under "Upgrade" in the "My Upgrades" screen.
