Analyzing search results

After identifying the required items, choose one and click "Go to Details" to start the analysis. The resulting page is divided into four sections.

  1. Selected Production Tracking Item: The selected item is displayed on the left and highlighted in light green.
  2. Navigation menu: A small navigation menu called “Predecessors and Successors”, which allows you to browse the item tree and find information about other items related to the one currently in focus.
  3. Main analysis area: This section explores all the operations, consumed materials, produced materials and non-conformances related to the item currently in focus.
  4. Detailed analysis area: This section provides the additional details for each tab of the main analysis area. Depending on the item, some pieces of information can be split across different tabs (or no tab is available if the item does not require additional detailed info).

The chip in the top-right corner of the page is pinned and shows the item from which you entered the genealogy.

To add more columns, click the Column selector icon on the right. The order of the columns can be changed by dragging them. In each cell, you can perform small filtering operations and sort items using the arrows.

traceability-page

On this panel you can navigate step by step through the genealogy of a material by examining its Predecessors and Successors in the manufacturing process. For example, a "Cathode Slurry" produced two "Cathodes (Successors)" and was made from "Cathode Powder" and "Distilled Water (Predecessors)".

Main Analysis section

This section shows elements related to the selected item and contains four tabs:

  1. Operations
  2. Consumed Materials
  3. Produced Materials
  4. Non Conformances

For each tab of the main analysis section, the application displays additional tabs in the "Detailed Analysis" section. Each tab provides detailed information about a specific aspect of the selected item. The tabs in the upper section show information about the material under analysis, while the lower section displays details from the selected tab. Some items may not have any details available.

Operations tab

This tab shows the list of operations performed on the selected material, indicating how it was consumed or produced. When you select an operation in the "Operations" tab, it displays additional tabs with detailed analysis of that operation. Some tabs may not display any information if the selected operation did not involve the corresponding artifacts. You can add more columns to the tabs by clicking the "Settings" icon and selecting the additional columns.

Input Materials tab

This tab shows the incoming materials involved in the operation. You can see the "Material" name, "Material Definition", "Quantity" with its unit of measurement, and "Consumption Time".

Output Materials tab

This tab shows the outcoming materials involved in the operation. You can see the "Material" name, "Material Definition" and "Quantity" with its unit of measurement.

Equipment tab

This tab shows the equipment involved in the operation and you can see the "Name", "Quantity" and "Time Frame" for the operation.

Quality Inspections tab

This tab indicates whether there have been any non-conformances, meaning that problems or defects were found after quality inspections. It includes information on when and why these issues occurred, which material lot was affected, and other basic information to understand the problem. For each Non-Conformance the available columns are Name, Status, Inspected Qty, NC Qty, Start Time and End Time.

Properties tab

This tab shows parameters and properties related to the operation, for example: the temperature. These details are important because their variation might have caused an issue. Each property has its selectable columns depending on the possible filters, as filters vary according to the type of value. There are three types of property: "String Value", "Float Value" or "Date Value". The "Sequence" indicates which properties are more important if you want to sort them.

Labor History tab

This tab shows a list of the operators who worked on the selected operation and the start and end times of their work. Information about workers is important for traceability; for example, if a worker encountered a problem, it is necessary to know which tasks he performed.

Tools tab

In this tab you can track which parts of the equipment you are using and consuming during the operation. For example, drill bits or soldering tips need to be replaced after a certain number of uses (Used Times). This information helps determine if a problem has arisen from a part that should have been replaced earlier.

Consumed Materials tab

This tab shows the materials consumed to produce the item on which the analysis is focused. At the moment no details are provided for the Consumed Material.

Produced Materials tab

This tab shows the materials produced from the item on which the analysis is focused. At the moment no details are provided for the Produced Material.

Non Conformances tab

This tab shows the non-conformances opened for the material under analysis.

Materials tab

This tab analyzes all the materials that are part of the selected non-conformance.
