Tracking search and genealogy requests¶

The Action Queue page¶

The "Action Queue" page provides detailed progress for search or genealogy requests performed in the Traceability app. When a search action or a genealogy request takes more than 30 seconds to process, a notification appears, and the Action Queue page is automatically updated with information about the request's status. This allows you to monitor its progress, even if you navigate to a different page to perform other operations.

Procedure¶

To check the status of a search operation or a genealogy request that is taking more than 30 seconds to be processed, follow these steps:

1. Open the "Action Queue" page by clicking in the left-hand menu.
   In the "Action Queue" page, you can see details such as Name, Author, Creation date and Status.
2. Select a row and clic "Open" to view the request status.
