We have worked hard to deliver a great Insights Hub experience. These release notes are relevant for the Insights Hub Release in July 2026 and include improvements and fixed issues. If you find other issues, please give us your feedback by contacting our Support.

Insights Hub Business Intelligence¶
What's new?¶

With this release, we provide the following:
- Direct connection to Integrated Data Lake (IDL) via Athena tables: You can now connect directly to IDL data from Business Intelligence using the Creator license. Apply your data schema to IDL data to build tabular data structures and create data sources directly within Business Intelligence. You can also build queries directly for your IDL data.
- Increased IDL data source size limit: The IDL data source size limit has been increased from 20 MB to 2 GB, enabling support for larger datasets required by customers.
- Improved error messages for license issues: Business Intelligence now displays more informative error messages to help troubleshoot license-related issues, such as when a Creator license is unavailable.

What's new?¶
- Configurable email subject in rules configuration: Rules wizard has been enhanced with settings to configure the email subject. Rule id or description can be added to the email subject.
- Copilot settings regarding files have been removed and are now only available in Copilot Studio.
Insights Hub Production Copilot¶
What's new?¶
- API access: Description how to access the Production Copilot API using technical users has been added.
- Enhanced support for markdown in the chat, like code highlighting, copy buttons, etc.
Insights Hub Production Copilot Studio¶
What's new?¶
- Support for sub agents: With sub agents users can create enhanced agent workflows and chain agents together.
See more. - Support to import / export agents and skills: Enables users to share their agents and skills between tenants.
See more. - Visualization of agents and their dependencies: In agent details the dependencies of the agent are visualized to give a better overview.
- Enhanced support for markdown in the chat, like code highlighting, copy buttons, etc.
- The agent name has been limited to 50 characters.
Insights Hub Dashboard Designer¶
What's new?¶
With this release, we provide the following:
- Grafana upgrade to version 11: Grafana has been upgraded from version 10 to version 11 for Dashboard Designer on the AWS public cloud. This upgrade addresses critical CVEs identified in Grafana V10, improving security and adding new Grafana V11 features to enhance the user experience.
- Dashboard builder agent: A new pre-built agent is available in Production Copilot, enabling text-to-dashboard creation and update capabilities within the Dashboard Designer.
- Create dashboards via Copilot: Users can ask Copilot in the Monitor application to create a new dashboard based on pre-selected datapoints as a visualization data source from the Monitor -> "Analyze Time Series" page.
- View Copilot-created dashboards: Dashboards created by Copilot can be viewed in Monitor-> Dashboards or directly in the Dashboard Designer application UI.
- Update existing dashboards via Copilot: Users can ask Copilot to refine an existing dashboard in Monitor -> Dashboards, such as:
- Changing the line color in a Time Series visualization
- Refining the layout of panels in the dashboard
- Adding new visualization panels with new datapoints selected in Monitor
