We have worked hard to deliver a great Insights Hub experience. These release notes are relevant for the Insights Hub Release in January 2026 and include improvements and fixed issues. If you find other issues, please give us your feedback by contacting our Support.

Insights Hub Monitor

What's new?

  • The cases user interface has been reworked and provides a new tile overview. Details of a selected case can be directly updated.
  • Insights Hub Monitor is now considering the client field for custom agents. Therefore in Monitor only agents will be selectable in the dropdown which are enabled and has monitor as client field set..
    If an agent is not shown in Monitors agent selection dropdown either simply edit the agent and save it to update the configuration - add a clients field monitor.
  • Deprecated dashboards created with Dashboard Designer V6 are not listed anymore in the dashboards view.
  • The copilot chat experience is now consistent across all views. This means you can now switch to a custom agent even within the Analyze > Time Series view. While this is possible, Data Analysis remains the recommended agent for this particular mode.
  • When creating or editing rules, you now have the option within the wizard to ignore the quality codes of the data. This allows you to trigger the rule regardless of data quality.

What's new?

  • All agents now have the current time as base knowledge included. So "What is the current date/time" does not require a specific skill anymore.
