Introduction¶

Production Copilot is an AI assistant integrated into Insights Hub that can help you solve many tasks more efficiently or even fulfill these tasks with your instruction. Users can interact with the AI assistant via natural language in a chat window. Production Copilot will support you in taking immediate action by giving recommendations, creating automated workflows, and performing proactive analysis. It can help you unify and connect different data types, such as MES, ERP, and Machine Manuals, into a single knowledge base. How to open the Production Copilot¶

Via the dedicated copilot button on the right side in the Insights Hub header, a user can open the chat from any screen in a supported application, currently in the Insights Hub Monitor.

Agents with dedicated skills support you in your tasks. When you open Production Copilot, you can use the dropdown menu to select the one fitting your use case: Learn more

If you need additional custom agents, you can use Insights Hub Copilot Studio to adapt the Insights Hub Production Copilot to better serve your specific business needs. Here domain experts can create and customize their own AI agents to meet their specific requirements without needing deep technical skills.

Availability¶

Insights Hub Production Copilot is available in the following environments:

• Insights Hub for Public SaaS (AWS)
• Insights Hub for Private SaaS (VPC-AZ)

Insights Hub Production Copilot is not available in the following environments:

• Insights Hub for Private SaaS (LPC, VPC-AWS)

Some Production Copilot roles may still be visible in these environments. However, the application and service are not available.
