Explore Data Agent¶

With Explore Data, you can explore the Insights Hub related data. The agent uses pre-built skills for asset information, getting events, time series or cases data and can even create or delete cases.

How it works¶

The Explore Data agent is available via the dropdown and works in all views of Insights Hub Monitor.

This means, in any screen of Monitor, you can ask questions related to Insighs Hub data.
If you need details of an asset, you can use this text "provide me info for asset with id xyz". But getting the important parameters from the context and copying them to the chat, might be time consuming.

For this, the application context should be enabled in Monitor, which uses selected or active parameters from the application and uses them in the meta data of the chat.

So instead of

"Provide me info for asset with id xyz."

this can be used,

"Provide me info for this asset."

For example, you can use the following:

• Give me information about this asset.
• What are the last 5 events in my tenant with severity error?
• Which events occurred on my asset recently?
• Give me the latest timeseries values for Aspect x / Variable y.
• Create a Case with the title "Maintenance required" and description "The 'Pump Fresh Water' needs maintenance to solve the problem xyz."
• Do you have a Case related to “Maintenance required”?
