Asset Health and Maintenance

What's new?

  • With this release, we have improved the following:
    • Up-to-date list of assets in the list view of Cases
    • Time estimation changes, for example, from 45 minutes to 4 minutes
    • Error message when trying to refresh Monitored values
    • Case counters list
    • Display of associated events
    • Selection of time in Time Date Picker for Scheduled Cases
    • Analysis view for archived cases
    • Include recipients in the comments
    • Team linkage
    • Default event filter for case auto-creation
    • Receive data for operating hours and production counter of specific machines to enable preventive actions
    • Team members and leads can now define the expected time required for a case and track the remaining time
  • With this release, it is possible to view important metrics of cases and filter them to get the average statistics.

Insights Hub Edge Analytics

What's new?

  • It is now possible for Edge Analytics to read data from Erbessed sensors.

Insights Hub OEE

What's new?

  • With this release, we provide the following:
    • machine status values derived from multiple time series variables. Users can derive the machine status for OEE calculations and also easily create custom status rules using a graphical UI, by combining process data with AND/OR logic and standard Boolean operations. These rules can be saved and applied to one or more OEE assets for accurate machine status calculation.
    • the OEE calendar can be assigned to each machine rather than just the line. You can also edit single occurrence of a recurring shift pattern.
    • the performance page now features a new visualization around the calculated production target based on design speed or cycle time. This chart includes the calculated production goal, the total number of parts and the number of good parts.
    • we provide more flexibility and enable the users to read the design speed or cycle time of equipment directly from a variable. Product design speed information can then be fetched either from a product code and associated product information or directly from a variable.

Integrated Data Lake

What's new?

  • With this release, Data Lake search now supports enhanced metadata key-value search. A single search will return relevant objects, their paths, and associated metadata for your search term.
  • With this release, Admins can now make a metadata key searchable in Integrated Data Lake even after it has been published, without having to recreate the key.

MindConnect IoT2040

What's new?

  • With this release, it is now possible to quickly diagnose and optimize agent connections using Agent Diagnostic Services directly within the MindConnect Plugins. Enable the diagnostic service for any agent in Asset Manager. The diagnostics will be enabled for one hour and is automatically reset, enabling you to troubleshoot agent connection issues with data mappings and MQTT topics.

MindConnect IoT2050

What's new?

  • With this release, it is now possible to quickly diagnose and optimize agent connections using Agent Diagnostic Services directly within the MindConnect Plugins. Enable the diagnostic service for any agent in Asset Manager. The diagnostics will be enabled for one hour and is automatically reset, enabling you to troubleshoot agent connection issues with data mappings and MQTT topics.

  • With this release, we have made the following improvements to core.mclib and core.mcmqtt agent types.
    • Improved data source configuration import

What's new?

Monitor

What's new?

  • With this release, we provide the following:
    • Production Copilot integration
      • The advanced agentic chat of the Production Copilot is now seamlessly integrated into Monitor for all tenants with Standard and Advanced Capability packages.
      • You will find three ready-to-use pre-built agents available via a dropdown in the chat. Plus, domain experts can create custom agents in Copilot Studio and enable them specifically for Monitor.
      • We have extended the settings to allow the Copilot chat to understand your application context. This means it can now automatically leverage information from your current view, such as selected assets, variables, and time ranges. You can ask questions in natural language without needing to manually input all the metadata!
    • Improved Time Picker Navigation:
      The time picker now offers the ability to easily toggle your selected time range into the past or future. This makes navigating between days or weeks and comparing values much simpler and more intuitive.
    • Simplified Create Case Dialog:
      We've streamlined the Create Case dialog by reducing the number of required fields, making it quicker and easier to log new cases.

Production Copilot

In December 2024, we launched the Insights Hub Production Copilot. The initial release allowed customers to utilize generative AI in a chat window to ask questions about information contained in documents stored in the Insights Hub Integrated Data Lake (IDL).

Now, substantial additional capabilities have been added to the Insights Hub Production Copilot:

  • Enhanced agentic capabilities make document-based question answering more performing and user friendly.
  • Pre-built Data Exploration and Analysis agents allow the Copilot to answer questions of users about data e.g. about correlations of different timeseries signals or the trending of data.
  • With Copilot Studio, domain experts can create and customize their own AI agents to meet their specific requirements without needing deep technical skills.
  • Agents can access all Insights Hub data via skills - and it is even possible to create own skills with Visual Flow Creator and use them in Copilot Studio

All subscribers of the Insights Hub Standard and Advanced Capability Packages will automatically receive these new capabilities incl. a quota of hourly and monthly prompts. Details on the use of the Insights Hub Production Copilot can be found in the product documentation.

Predictive Learning Essentials

What's new?

  • With this release, users can now schedule model execution jobs in the Predictive Learning Essentials App. Users can delete their own schedules for periodic model runs and view the five most recent jobs triggered by each schedule on the schedule details page.

Visual Flow Creator

What's new?

  • With this release, it is possible to version VFC flows and to inspect previous versions.
