Within this release of Insights Hub Local Private Cloud, you will experience the Insights Hub services and applications in the same way with from our public cloud offerings.

Depending on the chosen plans and services for each deployment, the following service will be available with this release:

Asset Health and Maintenance

Applicable for

  • Subscribers of Capability package: Standard and Premium package

What's new?

  • We implemented a feedback mechanism that updates the status of a ticket forwarded to EAM/CMMS. If the EAM/CMMS counterpart is set to closed, then its original ticket in AHM (and a work order, too) is closed as well.

Asset Management

Applicable for

  • Subscribers of Capability package: Standard package

What's new?

  • With this release, as part of security enhancement,Asset Management File upload API will have validation for content-type vs file name extension to ensure no malicious file is being uploaded.

Asset Modeler

Applicable for

  • Subscribers of Capability package: Standard package

What's new?

  • With this release, easily manage the asset model changes from your MindConnect MQTT agents to dynamically add and remove datapoints. If you are adding a new data point on the device/agent, simply update the model file associated with the agent to show the changes in asset manager.

Dashboard Designer

What's new?

  • Within this release, we introduce new visualization panels in Dashboard Designer Add On. The Traffic Light visualization panel is a representation that uses red, yellow, and green colors to indicate the data status or performance. The Apache ECharts, PlotlyJS and HTML graphics visualization panels offer an interface, that gives users the freedom to create completely original visualizations that exceed default panel capabilities.

Edge Analytics

What's new?

  • Ifm vse devices are now supported for data streaming and analysis.
  • It is now possible to use a suppression and debounce time for limit checks. This will give the possibility to reduce false alarms to a minimum and to control the amount of created events.
  • Output data of Analysis Packages can now be mapped to existing variables of aspects and assets.
  • The offering structure has been simplified.
    • Quota extension products to extend the amount of supported data points (MP1AXEA20, Edge Analytics Engine +50, and MP1AXEA30, Edge Analytics Engine +300) will be discontinued.
    • There is a new Quota for used data points. Users do not need to manually assign licenses to a given device anymore. Instead data points are consumed from the quota as soon as a new Data Source configuration is created, to read data for analysis. The available quota per account is determined by the purchased licenses along MP1AXEA10, Edge Analytics Engine +5, which can be purchased as many times as required.
    • Existing data point count can be used in a more flexible way (just the used count will be allocated)
    • The old licenses will be automatically migrated to the new data point Quota.
