What's new?

  • With this release, we provide the following:

  • Azure Storage shared key (access key) authentication is disabled in alignment with Microsoft Defender recommendations, enforcing secure Azure AD–based authorization and improving overall storage security and compliance.

    This enhancement is intended to improve security and ensure compliance for the following features and applications:

    • Integrated Data Lake and tenant data
    • IoT data

Integrated Data Lake

What's new?

  • With this release, Data Lake enhanced Metadata Definition APIs to delete metadata keys. Now, users can now easily remove or delete unused specific metadata keys, even after they are published, to keep your system configurations clean and organized.

Insights Hub OEE

What's new?

  • With this release, the OEE application now supports both 24-hour and 12-hour (AM/PM) time formats. Date and time displays adapt based on the user’s country settings. The configuration page reflects the selected format and users can create calendar events by choosing time ranges accordingly.

Insights Hub Monitor

What's new?

  • With this release, the Cases user interface has been enhanced with an integrated search field, allowing users to quickly filter and locate cases using the case title, handle or description.

Insights Hub Production Copilot

What's new?

  • With this release, customers operating on AZ‑VPC can use Copilot with IDL v4. A specific metadata value can be set to add documentation to the Knowledge Base agent.

Insights Hub Dashboard Designer

What's new?

  • With this release, Grafana for the Dashboard Designer in the Azure VPC environment for Rolls‑Royce has been upgraded from version 10 to version 11, improving security by resolving critical vulnerabilities and providing better performance, usability enhancements and new visualization features for users.

Insights Hub Energy Manager

What's new?

  • With this release, Energy Manager is now available on the Azure VPC environment for the first time with EM 1.24 content. This extends support for Energy Manager to Azure VPC, enabling customers to deploy and use the latest EM 1.24 capabilities in Azure-based private cloud environments.

Insights Hub Infrastructure Provisioning

What's new?

With this release, we have implemented the following:

  • Upgrade of the AKS cluster to version 1.34.2.
  • Migration of DNS records for 7xZone environments with Private Endpoints (PEPs) to the Hub Private DNS (PDNS) Zone.
  • Migration of MySQL DNS records to the Hub PDNS Zone.
  • Deployment of the Fluent Bit logging collector using Zarf to enable centralized and standardized log collection.

Insights Hub Usage Transparency Service

Known Issues

  • With this release, in Azure Government Cloud, UTS currently cannot display historical unit consumption data, including asset attributes and event counts, while all functionality remains unaffected in Azure VPC.
