  • Searching, filtering and sorting of assets
  • Selecting using the map

View of asset navigation

You can choose between the flat view or the hierarchical view in the asset navigation:

View Symbol Description
List view list Shows all the assets in the list view
Grid view Grid Shows all the assets in the grid view
Hierarchical view Hierarchical Shows the assets in the hierarchy view. For example in the following structure:
- Customer
- Area
- Asset state
Map view Map The map view provides an overview of the locations of your assets.
Custom Map view Custom MAp The custom map view provides an overview of the hierarchy of your assets as per the custom uploaded map images.

Filter and sort function

If you do not know the name of the asset, you can reduce the number of assets displayed using the filter and sort function. You limit the search results further with multiple filters.

To categorize assets on the basis of their state, use the "Asset Health" filter function.

Search function

If you know the name of the asset, use the search function.

With the search function you have the option of entering the following meta information of the assets as a filter:

  • Name of asset
  • Asset type
  • Customer
  • Address
  • Country
  • Asset health

The logical structuring of assets is based on the worldwide distribution of your assets. Develop a concept for the structuring and administration of your assets. This enables you to locate your assets more quickly using the search field.
