Analytical Solution¶

An Analytical Solution is a container of objects that allow the user to perform information ingestion (that is the process of obtaining and importing data for immediate use or storage in a database) in one or more data warehouses. It can be composed of:

• Project
• Scenario
• Flow(s)
• Environment
• Time definitions
• Smart views

A Solution also describes the entire manufacturing intelligence project and includes:

• A definition of data sources.
• A data collection approach.
• A selected smart view.
