MindConnect IoT Extension¶

By using the example scenario of onboarding of a simulated pump, this chapter enables you to execute the following steps:

• Logging in to MindConnect IoT Extension
• Assigning required roles
• Using a Device Simulator
• Mapping data

On the Launchpad, click "MindConnect IoT Extension".

In case you do not see the “MindConnect IoT Extension” icon in your Launchpad, please check the assigned roles of the user (see chapter Insights Hub Launchpad Integration).
