With this release, we are introducing the new MindSphere solution OEE Hub. OEE Hub is equipped with the following capabilities:
- Calculation of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and further KPIs on line and machine level
- Filter the calculated values for different time ranges, products or orders
- Configure multiple products with different design speeds to support multi-product production systems
- Reason Tree Modeling to better understand occurring downtimes in the factory and the possibility to overwrite collected downtime reasons to improve analysis
- Customization of OEE formulas for OEE calculation
- Possibility to set up production times, breaks, maintenance etc. in calendars
- Visualization screens for general OEE overview, availability, performance, quality, different losses and downtime reasons
