Editing a Case


Cases are referred as work orders for Private Cloud subscribers.

To edit the case, proceed as follows:

  1. From the left navigation, select "Explore" and click "Cases" page.
  2. Select the case.
  3. Click "Preview" in the preview of the selected case.
  4. Click “Edit”.
  5. Enter the required changes and click "Save".
