Acknowledge Events¶

To differentiate between Events which are new in the system, the Events contain the property Acknowledge.

New Events in the tenant are considered as not acknowledged.
The "Home" screen displays the number of "Not acknowledged events" in the tenant to get a quick overview.

To mark Events, that they are checked and acknowledged, you can change the status of these events.

You can either click the "See details" button to get the pre-filtered Events overview, or navigate to "Explore > Events" and filter for "Acknowledged" Events.

In the Events overview, you can multiselect the Events and click the "Acknowledge" button.

After confirming, the Events will change their status in the table and the tile on the "Home" screen will be updated.
