Invalid Material State¶

This high-level issue type is concerned with issue types related to boxes that are in an invalid position.

Material out of position

Whenever the boxes in a material channel are in an invalid position, an issue is generated. The picture below shows a valid material state and an invalid material state.

Whenever there is a gap between boxes in a material channel, this is automatically an issue. The same also applies to another scenario, where the worker pulls out a box, if that is in the closest position. The picture below also depicts this situation.

This generated issue is a warning. When the box is pulled down by a worker, the application automatically solves the issue.

These issues can only appear on FIFO channels, not for parallel channels.
