Tickets triggered by Senseye cases¶
One of the ticket sources is Senseye app. If this app is configured to monitor time series and it detects an anomaly, a so-called Senseye case is opened. If autogeneration of tickets is enabled for a monitored asset, then a Senseye ticket is generated.
This ticket has additional properties displayed below:
When the ticket is closed, a dialog appears, where a user can provide a feedback on the detected anomaly. This feedback is transmitted to the Senseye app and automatically taken into account by further data analysis.
