Update or Delete a Case

The Case Management Service API provides the following essential functionalities for managing cases.

  • Update Cases: Modify the details of existing cases. This allows for adjustments to case information as needed throughout its lifecycle.
  • Delete Cases: Permanently remove cases from the system. This ensures that outdated or irrelevant cases can be properly retired.

Note

A feature of the Update API is its support for data privacy. You have the option to anonymize the case assignee by assigning an alias of your choice. This capability helps protect sensitive personal information and supports compliance with data privacy regulations.
