Teams¶
Teams represent groups of users organized by functional, departmental, or operational responsibilities. The Teams section allows you to create and manage teams. Each team is defined by its members, assigned asset groups, and associated case alerts. A team consists of a group of members selected from the available users within the tenant. For the assigned asset groups, teams can receive email notifications when new cases are created, as well as reminder notifications when cases remain unassigned or open beyond a defined time interval.
The following graphic shows the "Teams" screen.

The team detail pane shows the selected team name and description, together with the related members, asset groups, and notification settings.
Create a Team¶
To create a team, follow these steps:

In the left navigation, select "Configuration" and click "Teams".

Click "Create".

Enter the "Name" and "Description".

Click "Create".
Update members of a team¶
To update the members of a team, follow these steps:

In the left navigation, select "Configuration" and click "Teams".

Select the respective team.

In the right pane, click "Update members".

Add or remove members as required.

Save the changes.
Update asset groups of a team¶
To update the asset groups of a team, follow these steps:

In the left navigation, select "Configuration" and click "Teams".

Select the respective team.

In the right pane, click "Update asset groups".

Add or remove the required asset groups.

Save the changes.
Configure team alerts¶
To configure team alerts, follow these steps:

In the left navigation, select "Configuration" and click "Teams".

Select the respective team.

In the right pane, switch the notification options for:

New case alert
- Unassigned case alert

Open case alert
-
If needed, adjust the interval values for the unassigned and open case alerts.

Save the changes.
