Managing Case Tags

Case Tags defines and manages a standardized set of labels or keywords (tags) that can be applied to "cases" (incidents, issues, or investigations) within the Insights Hub system. Provides a structured way to classify and organize cases based on their type, severity, root cause or affected system.

A case tag is a customizable label or keyword that can be attached to a specific case (incident or issue).

Create a Case Tag

To create a case tag, follow these steps:

  1. In the left navigation, select "Administration" and click "Case Tags".

  2. Click "Create".

  3. Enter the "Name", "Category" and click "Create".
