User rights in "Developer Cockpit"¶
Developer Cockpit is available with two different user roles, Developer and Developer Admin (default). The key difference between a Developer and a Developer Admin is the ability to transfer the developed application to the application repository and assign the application to one or more operator accounts.

Promoting applications feature is not available with "Basic capability package".
