Introduction¶

Our AI agents are integrated into Insights Hub and can help you solve many tasks more efficiently or even fulfill these tasks. Users can interact with the AI agents via natural language with our Production Copilot Insights Hub Production Copilot or use them through our API and Services. Some general pre-built agents are available in all apps some are built for a specific app. If you open the Production Copilot within an app one agent is always defined as default; if needed you can change the agent with the dropdown-menu within the Production Copilot UI.

If you need additional custom agents, you can use Insights Hub Copilot Studio. Here domain experts can create and customize their own AI agents to meet their specific requirements without needing development skills.

Availability¶

AI Agents and Insights Hub Production Copilot is available in the following environments:

• Insights Hub for Public SaaS (AWS)
• Insights Hub for Private SaaS (VPC-AZ)

Insights Hub Production Copilot is not available in the following environments:

• Insights Hub for Private SaaS (LPC, VPC-AWS)

Some Production Copilot roles may still be visible in these environments. However, the application and service are not available.
